Who we are
Austin Allen is a former Major League Baseball catcher and the founder of All n Hitting, a private baseball instruction service based in Clermont, Florida. With nearly a decade of professional experience, over 750 games behind the plate, and a nationally recognized collegiate career, Austin now dedicates his expertise to developing serious ballplayers through elite-level training.
A standout at Florida Institute of Technology, Austin earned All-American honors, posted a career batting average well over .300, and was inducted into the Florida Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 2024. His consistent offensive performance and advanced baseball IQ led to his selection by the San Diego Padres in the 4th round of the 2015 MLB Draft.
Professionally, Austin played in the organizations of the San Diego Padres, Oakland Athletics, St. Louis Cardinals, Miami Marlins, and New York Mets, making his Major League debut in 2019. Known for his left-handed power and refined hitting approach, he totaled over 135 professional home runs, including a standout 2017 season with 22 home runs and 81 RBIs. He was recognized as a 2019 Mid-Season All-Star and consistently ranked among the top offensive catchers in each organization.
Austin has caught for and learned alongside MLB All-Stars, elite-level coaches, and top-ranked prospects. His reputation as a smart, prepared, and driven player has followed him through every level of the game.
Now, through All n Hitting, Austin brings that same elite mindset and expertise to private instruction. Whether it’s hitting or catching, he focuses on mechanics, approach, and mental development—all backed by firsthand experience at the highest levels of the game.
