Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At All n Hitting LLC, we take our scheduling seriously and expect our clients to do the same. To ensure fairness and protect our time, we enforce the following strict cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Rule

• All sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.

• No exceptions.

2. No-Show Policy

• Failure to show up without prior notice is considered a no-show and will result in 100% charge.

• Two (2) no-shows may lead to permanent removal from our client list.

3. No Same-Day Rescheduling

• Rescheduling a session on the same day is not permitted and will be treated as a late cancellation with full charge applied.

4. Team & Group Session Cancellations

• Team practices, clinics, or group sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the full session fee being charged.

• Deposits for team or group sessions are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation notice.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations (Outdoor Sessions Only)

• In the case of inclement weather, only All n Hitting LLC will determine whether a session is canceled or relocated.

• If we cancel due to weather, you will not be charged.

• Client-initiated weather cancellations are not accepted.

7. Payment Enforcement

• All clients must have a valid form of payment on file.

• Outstanding balances must be paid before any future sessions can be booked.

• Repeated late cancellations or unpaid charges may result in loss of booking privileges.
